Film and Theatre

As well as producing his own work, Chris is also a scenic artist working in film and theatre, creating backdrops and large-scale set pieces. He has contributed to major productions in London’s West End and, in North America, his artistic skills have been put to good use on several Broadway shows. He has contributed to numerous major Hollywood film productions including The Aviator, The Day After Tomorrow, Beyond Borders, Benjamin Button and many others. His production schedule has also included working on the sets for Quebec’s renowned Cirque du Soleil (Varekai, Corteo, Love, Kooza and others).
For the last 5 years, he has taken the post as Head of the Scenic Art department for the Stratford Shakespeare Festival of Canada in Ontario, the largest repertory theatre company in North America, during which time several shows have been transferred to Broadway and some have been made into films.

"If there is anybody to thank for helping me to get where I am today, it has to be Chris and Liz. Sometimes it may have been a little exhausting (eg. "Naked"!!!), but it was the most fun I've ever had that could still be called work!"
